Does Hollywood’s response to Roman Polanski’s capture indicate that child rape is rampant among celebrities? Considering that the vast majority of signatories of the petition which calls for the immediate release of an admitted rapist are men, what are we to infer about Hollywood’s feelings on such blatantly immoral and destructive against Women? Perhaps this is a clear admission that many of them approve of such behavior and even engage in it themselves.
Don’t even get us started on signatory Woody Allen. We don’t want to imply anything but just remember that when he met his current wife Soon-Yi Previn she was just 10 years old.
We have absolutely no proof but perhaps Darren Aronofsky of The Wrestler fame approves of drugging 13 year olds and anally raping them, but just not girls. We also have absolutely no proof to the contrary.
Keep in mind that it’s all speculation but we’re now wondering about Wes Anderson as well. The Director of The Royal Tenenbaums’ and Rushmore signature means one of two things, that he believes that Hollywood filmmakers are above justice even if their crime includes brutal child rape, or that he’s covering for his own behavior which just might include the occasional lapse.
David Lynch is well known for his bizarre films like Eraserhead, and Mulholland Dr., but is it possible that his bizarre films simply reflect bizarre sexual tastes? Is it a coincidence Polanski’s rape of young Samantha Gailey happened in the Mullholland area of Los Angeles?
Michael Mann’s signature gives us pause as well. Could it be that the writer of silver screen classics like Last of the Mohicans and Heat, has participated in drug-fueled parties in which young women are treated like objects as they repeatedly scream NO!
Is it also possible that Martin Scorcese’s story about an underage prostitute in Taxi Driver was less of an artistic statement, and more of a personal statement that he enjoys underage women?
None of the Hollywood celebrities we mentioned, or the over 90 others who have signed the Polanski petition, have ever been accused of drugging, raping, and sodomizing 13 year old girls, and as far as we know they haven’t. But then again, there’s a lot we don’t know.
