The Fallujah Massacre
This from Fox News:
Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
So American Navy SEALs are facing a court martial for giving this murderous bastard bloody lip? This is justice? This is the war on terror?

If Ahmed Hashim Abed was protected by the Constitution as a sovereign citizen of the US then he would have valid argument. However, obviously he is not. Still, given the fact that the assault happened on foreign soil, then the act should be tried by the law of the land in question; there, it would be Islamic religious law. Regardless, law of the land always holds that murder is an offense punishable by death. The fact that the Seamen in question assaulted and not killed shows there disrespect for the law of the land and hints at their ill intentions. The only true hope they have to escape what is their rightful punishment that they would accept if they were gentlemen is that as military members they have enslaved themselves to a master and as such the master would be responsible for their crime. Now do you see why the government would try the Seamen? Sacrificial lamb anyone?

First of all Rob, they were Seals not seaman. In the Navy a seaman refers to a rank, a Seaman is an E-3 in the Navy and if I am not mistaken, they were all above the rank of E-3 at least Petty Officers. People like you are quick to belive the word of a scumbag before the word of 3 heros. There is no proof what so ever that they did this. For all we know he could have did it himself just to spite. It wold have been better to kill this man and say they were in a gun fight with him. There would have been no way to prove otherwise. It would have been what he deserves. If we went by the law of the land then the military would be required to participate in stoning. Which under islamic law is the law of the land.
I have to be honest, if I was one of the seals this man would never have been seen again. These men should be given medals for bringing in this scumbag in one peice not tried for a fat lip.

This is the virus of political correctness infecting even the military.

At what point did the U.S. Navy SeALs become run of the mill cops retrieving criminals? This guy is not a criminal he is an enemy combatant. These fine sailors are trained to eliminate the threat, not play with it. This is an inexcusable misuse of our special forces. Yes, Sailorray, it does stem from political correctness, it unnecessarily endangers our forces, and it exposes them to B.S. charges such as these. It is now common knowledge that the enemy has begun training their forces to injure themselves and accuse our military of the injury if captured, as well as training them to use rights intended for U.S. Citizens against us, such as asking for council and trying to exercise our 5th amendment. We're at war for F**K sake, Let these men and women fight it like a war and it'll be done, but once more they are allowed to fight as long as they don't actually win.

I must add, I support our troops, I simply believe this whole trying SeALs for doing there job. Is yet another indication of the moronic incompetence with which the war is being handled. It's a political issue now. Our troops deserve better!

You are assuming they are guilty. None of them have admited guilt. I would take the word of a Navy Seal over a scumbag terrorist anydaty.

Do not cash to buy a building? You should not worry, because that’s achievable to get the mortgage loans to solve such kind of problems. Thus take a financial loan to buy all you need.

Our troops do deserve better. It is another case of an incompetent Commander-in-chief that cares nothing about winning only political backlash. I had to serve under Carter and Clinton so I know the problems the military faces today under Obama because of political correctness. Political correctness is a cancer not only on our society but now on our troops. Political correctness kills. The new rules of engagement have lead to more deaths among our troops then any terrorist. An enemy could not ask for more then to have their opponents hands tied. Political correctness killed 15 people at Fort Hood and now it is killing our troops in battle.
