After a bit of a run-around (which was to be expected), a New Jersey appeals court stated that The Tea Party did in fact have the right to oust a local senator via petition. This comes as a huge blow to Sen. Robert Menendez who has repeatedly stated publicly that he is a huge fan McDonald’s 1 dollar sweet tea. It’s recipe is very southern and the south is very close to Mexico.
