DNC’s Newest Fanbase: Sexual Offenders?

It is a scary day in any nation when you fear your own legislative majority and it seems America is starting to feel that twitch. Action after action, the future of this nation is threatened by way of the people hired to protect us through legislation.
Thankfully, we have a minority party that doesn’t act weak nor hide from the fight for our needs. Realizing that ObamaCare was going to pass despite its high risk against the nation, they created and pushed amendments to bandage as many of the damaging parts as they could so the negative effects would be as small as possible. You know, they actually served their constituents.
Literally standing toe to toe with the worst legislation ever passed in our nation’s history, this was an immensely challenging and risky feat for a minority to make. You must realize that this legislation does not one bit of the so-called “Reform” its creators stated it would give us. In fact, records show it as made more negative reactions within its first weeks than any “reform” of its kind. Hence, the Republicans made amendment after amendment trying to save as many lives from its negative effects. One of these modifications should have been a no-brainer for anyone: No Viagra for Sex Offenders.
Sadly, we forgot not only do the democrats not only have a brain, but also no conscience. Senator Tom Coburn stood up against this detrimental and dangerous in for some of our most threatening citizens and did his political responsibility by working to close it. He clearly stated that no assistance should be provided for the erectile dysfunction of sexual criminals. Despite the obvious reaction to this, 57 democrats actually voted for Viagra not only to be given to sex offenders but for the cost will be placed on the taxpayer’s already increasing bill. Hence, not only will hard working American’s pay for illegal aliens, the government’s debt and other factors when it comes to ObamaCare, but now also for sex offenders’ Viagra.
Studies show some of the most repeat offenders are sex offenders, rapists and child molesters. However, despite the common sense response of protecting our nation against these criminals, our Democratic legislators want to play with our lives for the good of their party showing superiority. Further, despite liberal opinion Coburn’s amendment was not something that Coburn pulled out of a hat, nor is it an attempt to make some press during a time of high national attention. The nonpartisan Congressional Research Service stated the legislation leaves a loophole which can allow released sexual predators Viagra. There is no way possible for anything other than erectile dysfunction. Hence, this is like giving the Unabomber a tool kit.
Not only are they equipping people to hurt us, but they seem actually proud of it. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., dismissed it as a “gotcha amendment” designed to be difficult for Democrats to oppose and attacked his right-wing collegue, helping to kill the amendment. Once again, this majority party is thinking about them and not the people they were employed to protect. Nonetheless, this means not only does ObamaCare risk our financial futures but also the lives it was created to supposedly assist and protect.
This nation is controlled by a threatening tyranny. There are now officially the largest threats to our nation. With all of these horrid objectives occurring in our name, you have to wonder: Can we even afford to wait till November?
