The Bad O-conomy, the rise in crime… connection?

The O-conomy is having a number of unintended consequences. Some of which inner city pastors are worried expressly will drag that economic downturn into an even worse reality of crime in place like East St. Louis. Even they are pointing to a direct correlation between the negative effects of the economy and the rise of crime. But is that fair? Disagree with me here: 866.348.7884.
