Jack Bauer Loves Breakfast Booze ($700)

Kiefer Sutherland (who we all know as American hero Jack Bauer) spent $700 at a bar between the hours of 7am-1pm.
Sutherland, who has two DWIs under his belt, used a designated driver this time.
In all fairness, they had been busy filming all night and were celebrating.
